For PCCs and benefices
PCC Documents
Publish the documents a Parochial Church Council is expected to make available, keep the private ones private, and never miss a review date. Every file is checked for viruses before anyone can open it.
For any site we build
SiteAdmin
Change your own website by asking for it in plain English. Every change runs the full test suite before it goes live, and a person approves every fix if something breaks.
The same standards as everything else.
A product is only worth using if you can trust it with something that matters. Both of these hold real people's information and decide who may change or see what, so the engineering is the point, not an afterthought.
Specified before it's built
A written spec with numbered acceptance criteria, and a security review before any code is written.
Tested on every change
Automated tests, including accessibility, run before anything is released.
Least privilege
Everyone can do only what their role needs, and the rule is enforced in one place rather than re-checked by hand.

Each has a plain-English guide for the people who look after it.
